I placed a stairwell off the back end of the house, going down to the underground garage. The stairwell could act as a privacy wall from the adjacent neighbors. As a personal touch, I added a seat over the bottom of the stairwell, and a planter which also acts as a backrest.

This is simply three reiterations of the same house while the original concept was for three different styles of bungalows.
